Typically, Soul Level Animal Communication sessions are held over Zoom or phone. Once I receive your booking notification and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. During the reading, I will need only the name, gender, and kind of animal I will be connecting with; in fact, the less I know about them the better. I will connect with them intuitively at the time of our appointment and relay to you what I receive from your animal, usually in the form of pictures, words, physical sensations, or emotions. There will be time to ask your animal questions, and then I will ask the animal about what they are teaching you.
Before the session, it can be helpful, though not necessary, to let your animal know that I will be asking them to speak with me, as this can enhance the openness of the connection. At the time of your session, find a quiet space with minimal distractions so that you can be as present as possible for the reading. Though you are welcome to record the session, you may also want to have a notebook and pen handy to take notes. Depending on the session you choose, you can come with questions for your animal (1-2 questions for a 30 min reading, or 3-4 questions for a 60 minute reading).

Yes, but you are responsible for recording the session and for any recording issues. Please make sure your preferred recording method works ahead of time so that there aren’t technical interruptions during the reading.
Payment for Soul Level Animal Communication sessions, Intuitive Life Coaching Sessions, and Intuitive Coaching for Writers and Artists sessions are due prior to the actual session. You can schedule and pay for a session by clicking the “Book a Session Now” or “Book a Package Now” button, and you’ll be taken to Stephanie’s booking site.
To change an existing appointment, please call the office at 917-765-2977. Stephanie has a strict 48 business-hour change policy. At that time, a session can be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 48 business hour change policy. A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.
To cancel an existing appointment, please call the office at 917-765-2977. Stephanie has a strict 48 business-hour cancellation policy. You will be refunded the session fee minus 20% as long as you adhered to the 48 business-hour cancellation policy. If you canceled outside of these guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee.
NO REFUNDS will be granted for canceled or missed appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.
Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.
